Restoration part two!
The mechanical parts were worn-out and rusty. Here you see pictures of the cardan, engine and gearbox. all bearings were replaced for home-made new ones. unfortunately nowhere are parts available for this car
The very small undercarriage when it was coated. There was many oil and dirt on it, so it was not rotted.
The bodywork when it was driven to the painter. First the car got a primercoating. Then the old rotten wood was replaced for new. Imagine the people's reaction when they saw this thing on a trailer!
The undercarriage and engine were primed and painted.
The enginecabine was painted, so the car could be painted at the outside.
The painter at work. He did a great paintjob. See the funny bump at the bonnet! The cap of the radiator did not fit, so they made some room!
The car is back home, ready to ride!
